Our services are usually around 1hour 30 minutes long, but this may vary!
Community
A big part of gathering is getting to spend time together laughing, talking and hanging out. We believe God created us to be in community – it's vital for human thriving.
Prayer
One of the ways we connect with God is by talking to Him in prayer. You can also complete a prayer request form here, if you'd like prayer about something.

Refreshments
Who doesn't love a good snack?! Whether it's a brew, a biscuit, or some cake, we try and have something for everyone... and it's all free.
Worship
We usually start by singing our thanks and love to God. Don't worry if you don't know the songs. It's fine to just listen and take it all in.
Preaching
Hearing from God's word and understanding how much He loves us is vital for our journey as believers.

About Jesus?
Let's try to cut through the religious jargon and get to the essence of what it means to follow Jesus. God made us with a need for us to know, love, and worship Him. Knowing Jesus is knowing God, He is the only way to the Father.

Knowing Him and making Him known is our only aim. You as you are, were included in the "whosoever" as well. Whether searching, returning, or simply passing through - SCC welcomes you.

How long is the service?
Typically, our Sunday service lasts approximately 90 minutes. Please note, this can change because we believe in letting God move as He sees fit.

What should I expect in worship style?
We worship collectively and our music style is modern and contemporary. We also occasionally sing hymns.

Do you have any facilities for my children?
Yes, our Kids and Youth Church services run alongside our main service.

Our Kids and Youth teams are DBS checked and are on hand to assist you with any queries you may have. They are committed to providing a secure and enjoyable place for your children to learn more about Jesus.

What should I expect from the sermon?
The sermon usually lasts between 30 and 40 minutes. The style is informal and always with a biblical focus.

Do you have a dress code?
Come as you are; there are no rules here. The majority of people will be dressed smart casual but you are free to dress however you like.

And when I get to the church?
As you enter the building, our wonderful Welcome Team will be the first people you see. Please note that they are here to help you have the best experience at our church possible. They will be easily distinguishable due to the badges they will be wearing. If this is your first time visiting Sandbach Community Church, they can answer any questions you might have and provide you with information about our church.

Additionally, if you have children, they can introduce you to our fantastic Kids Church staff so you can focus on the service.
